Postal ID Application Caravan


Requirements for applying POSTAL ID:

 

  1. PROOF OF IDENTITY

Submit any one (1) of the following:

  • Birth Certificate Issued by NSO or Local Civil Registry • GSIS or SSS UMID Card • Valid Driver’s License • Valid Passport

 

  1. PROOF OF ADDRESS

Submit any one (1) of the following:

  • Barangay Certificate of Residency • Certification or statement of account from hotel, transient home or any temporar y residence • Certification from hotel, transient home or any temporar y residence • Notarized Land, House or Condominium Lease Contract • Bank Statement • Credit Card Statement • School Billing Statement • Utility Bill (cable, electric, internet, landline, telephone, water)

 

  1. Two (2) copies of duly-accomplished PID application form

 

**Bring the original and photocopy of the documents mentioned above

 

 

The Improved PID shall be valid for three (3) years for Filipinos and for foreign residents with Special Retiree’s Resident Visa (SRRV). For the rest of the foreign residents, it will be valid for one (1) year.

Buhay Na Tubig: March 9 – 10

Abreeza: March 16 – 17

BF Parañaque: March 30 – 31

Cabanatuan: April 6 – 7

Pulilan: April 27 – 28

Regalado: May 11 – 12

Arvo: May 25 – 26

 

2nd Run

Meycauayan: June 29 – 30

Buhay Na Tubig: June 15 – 16

Abreeza: July 13 – 14

BF Parañaque: July 27 – 28

Cabanatuan: August 17 – 18

Pulilan: August 31 – September 1

Regalado: September 14 – 15

Arvo: September 28 – 29
